It is the intention of Children's Health Ireland (CHI) to stand up a panel of three suitably qualified and experienced contractors from this tender competition to cover all CHI sites, including the new children's hospital. CHI have the right to appoint fewer than three or more than three framework members. During the lifetime of the framework, all works expected to be valued under €5,000 will be awarded to the highest scoring successful bidder (ranked in 1st place). All works expected to be valued at €5,000 or more will be subject to competitive pricing within the panel. At any time during the lifetime of the framework, CHI have the right to price check and appoint contractors from the open market to ensure taxpayer’s value for money is being maximised.
