Norway – Traffic control services – Framework agreement for the purchase of roadworks warning in ground surveys.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (hereafter called the "Contracting Authority") needs roadworks warning in connection with ground surveys on and along roads. The contracting authority would like a framework agreement that includes, among other things, the preparation of work notification plans, notifications, securing and traffic regulation in connection with the work. The background for this framework agreement is that the contracting authority has had an increasing need for such a service. The need is nationwide and this procurement is therefore geographically divided into four sub-contracts. We will enter into contract with four tenderers for each sub-contract.
