Norway – Construction-related services – Framework agreement for compound tradesman services for the National Arrival Centre.

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI/Contracting Authority) invited tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a framework agreement for compound tradesman services. The aim of the procurement was to cover UDI ́s need for trade services and construction projects. The work will apply to both planned and ongoing work, which occurs in connection with operation and maintenance. The procurement is divided into two categories: Category 1: The assignments for trade services and simple stand-alone assignments are referred to in the procurement documents as Category 1.Category 2: Assignments for construction projects will be referred to as Category 2. The framework agreement has been signed for both Category 1 and category 2 together. The contract shall mainly include works for the National Reception Centre (NAS). Category 1 assignments can be carried out on other properties that UDI operates in Eastern Norway if needed. Category 2 assignments shall only be carried out by NAS.
