Norway – Motor vehicles – Procurement of Special Vehicles

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with a tenderer for the purchase of one complete special vehicle, which shall primarily be used for work on electro installation on network infrastructure. The special vehicle shall be used for carrying out work assignments in height, heavy lifting, controlling cables, rolling in cables/thread with the help of tools such as coil apparatuses and pulleys. It should be able to include cargo for example a hanger. The vehicle shall be pieced with a crane that has a rotator, hook and claw in order to hold poles and other heavy electrical material.
