Norway – Repair and maintenance services – (25219) Construction contractor services, framework agreement

The competition is for a framework agreement for the provision of building contractor services. The chosen contractor shall be able to take on the following disciplines with their own or external resources (not exhaustively): - Builder/carpentry/joinery - Masonry/form work/tile - Painting/wallpapering/floor laying - Flashing and guttering Tacts Passive fire protection The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT per annum including the option. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 140,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act §7. See the attached seriousness terms for further information.
