Ireland – Environmental issues consultancy services – Single Party Framework Agreement for Capacity Building and Communications in support of the implementation of the climate action plan for Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council has published its climate action plan – Climate Neutral Dublin 2030, which responds to Ireland’s National Climate objectives and Dublin City’s ambition to reach neutrality by 2030 as part of the EU Mission for 100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities. Achieving this grand challenge requires whole systems change and innovation. Agility and nimbleness of the organisation to respond to the wide ranging impacts of climate change is imperative. Dublin City Council in this context is seeking a successful tenderer specialising in capacity building and communications over a 2 year period. The successful tender will primarily to support Dublin City Council’s deliverables for pilot activity 3 of its Pilot City project Build CAPACITIES funded by the EU Mission for 100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities, Net Zero Cities Platform.
