Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) invites tenderers to a market dialogue. The process for implementing a new competition has been initiated. Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) would thus like input on previous competition documents and what has happened in the market since the last announcement. The framework agreement shall cover the purchase of books and media to the libraries in Vestfold. See the attached invitation for further information.
