Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Consultancy and engineering design services for a transfer facility for Hestevold treatment facility.

A contract shall be signed with a tenderer for consultancy and engineering design services for the establishment of a transfer facility for sewage water from Hestevold treatment plant to the new Fuglevik treatment facility. The assignment includes preliminary engineering design (phase 1), detailed engineering design (phase 2) and follow-up in the construction period (phase 3). Phases 2 and 3 of these are options, which can be triggered unilaterally by the contracting authority. The entire project ́s total procurement value, including the contracts, is estimated to approx. NOK 206 million, and approx. a non-binding estimated for this consultancy and engineering design assignment (all three phases) is estimated to be 18,000 hours. As a starting point, the contract period will be from when the contract is signed until the facility is completed and the contracts have been taken over.
