Tender Description

Avinor AS is planning an ongoing service agreement for a cloud based case processing and archiving system (SaaS). The system shall cover the entire case handling process from enquiry to archiving and publication on eInnsyn, in accordance with the Archives Act. The system shall be able to be integrated with trade systems, national joint components and Microsoft 365, and safeguard information security, privacy and insight. The contract shall contribute to digitalisation and efficiency through i.a. KI and automation.
