Luxembourg – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – AA-012813-001 Technical Assistance for ASPIRE-AT programme in Cambodia

The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Cambodia and to the support the EIB-financed activities under ASPIRE-AT. This assignment will support the ASPIRE-AT Secretariat and the Promoters with a wide range of activities covering the preparation and implementation of projects under the ASPIRE-AT programme, and capacity building/training. This may include data collection and surveys, feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments and support for project procurement. Technical support to the ASPIRE-AT secretariat and Project Management Unit (PMU) may include project and financial management, reporting and support on administrative steps for funding partners. Furthermore, the assignment includes the organisation of capacity building workshops and qualifying trainings in recognised EU academic institutions, to be organised in close cooperation with the Delegation of the EU in Cambodia.
