Norway – Ambulance station construction work – Hire or purchase of an ambulance station, halden location, Østfold Hospital - stage 1: Prequalification

The current ambulance station is located at the Halden clinic. The premises are no longer considered appropriate and there is, therefore, a need for new suitable premises for the ambulance service in Halden. The aim of the procurement is to establish an ambulance station that shall ensure emergency medical stand-by in Østfold and Vestby municipalities. Østfold Hospital would primarily like to procure a turnkey building with the accompanying site, subsidiaryly, to hire a turnkey building from the chosen tenderer. The contract will be signed with a tenderer who will take on the builder responsibility and ensure the entry of the new ambulance station. See "Requirement Specifications" for further information.
