Norway – Recruitment services – Framework agreement for consultancy services recruitment of managers 25-0009

The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to two tenderers for recruitment services of managers with personnel responsibility in NORCE at top and middle management level in addition to project managers. As an exception, in particular cases, there can be assistance in hiring processes beyond these levels.
