Malta – Construction work – WSC/T/086/2024 - WORKS - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR VARIOUS CIVIL AND FINISHING WORKS USING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY METHODS AND MATERIALS AT VARIOUS SITES ADMINISTERED BY THE WATER SERVICES CORPORATION

The subject of this Framework Agreement is for Civil and Finishing Works using Environmentally Friendly methods and materials at various properties owned by the Water Services Corporation in Malta, Gozo and Comino which include but are not limited to Reservoirs, Sewage Treatment Plants, Water and Sewage Pumping Station, Storage Warehouses, Workshops, Offices, Reverse Osmosis Plants and Laboratories. The framework agreement is being divided into two lots:  Lot 1 – Civil and Finishing Works not exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT.  Lot 2 – Civil and Finishing Works exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT.
