Netherlands – Pipe joints – Aramis CCS Project: Long Lead Item - Line Pipe Supply

This contract notice serves as a continuation of the tender procedure initiated for the Aramis CCS Project in TED (Reference No: 409015-2024) for Engineering (qualifications), management, supply, manufacturing, testing, (storage), transportation and delivery of Line pipe for Onshore and Offshore sections of the Aramis project. managed via TotalEnergies’ SAP Ariba Platform (Reference No: Doc2060268738). The competitive procedure with negotiation as published via TED lasted on the TotalEnergies SAP Ariba Platform until the conclusion of the selection phase. Due to the change in the partnership as published in the TenderNed notice published by TotalEnergies on 23 July 2025 (Reference No: TN 539037), the procedure is now transitioning from the TotalEnergies’ SAP Ariba Platform to the Mercell platform of EBN. The selected candidates/tenderers are also for the award phase under the notification obligation as set out in Article 29 of the FSR. Only the already selected candidates are entitled to participate in this (continued) procedure. This contract notice serves no other goal then to facilitate the transition of the procedure between two platforms; due to technical requirements this procedure can only continue after publication of present contract notice.
