Ireland – Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses – Deravarra Farm Lake Lodges

The construction of consist of 2 No.single storey short stay units for tourism purposes comprising one 3-bed (129.15sqm of gross floor space and 5400mm high) and one 2-bed (of 110sqm of gross floor space and 5400mm high) units with pitched roofs; landscaping works to include realigned driveway linked to existing vehicular entrance, 7No. car park spaces within landscaped forecourt; drainage treatment system and percolation area to service new units; and all ancillary site works This project is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the EU Just Transition Fund
