This voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice serves to confirm that Trinity College Dublin intends to establish a 5-year service and maintenance contract with Bruker UK Limited, Welland House, Longwood Close, Coventry CV4 8HZ, United Kingdom. The contract concerns a Comprehensive Service Agreement (LABSCAPECOMPLETE) for the Bruker BioSpec 70/30 USR 7T MRI system located at the Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience, Lloyd Building, Trinity College Dublin, Dublin 2, Ireland. The agreement will cover: • E-mail, telephone, and remote operational support. • Software updates, generally delivered remotely. • On-site service visits, supply of all required consumables (including helium), replacement of all parts (including those subject to wear and tear), labour and travel costs associated with hardware failures, planned maintenance, and operational testing. • Remote support of the system by Bruker-trained service engineers via secure connection (e.g. TeamViewer™), ensuring the software and data systems remain up to date and fully optimized for reliable performance with minimal downtime.
