Norway – Construction work for subsidised residential accommodation – Lensmannskroken - 8 Residences with a base

Sola municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a turnkey contract for the construction of the pilot project Lensmannsvegen sheltered accommodation flats at Sande (cadet/title no. 33/753, also called Lensmannskroken) in Sola municipality. The sheltered accommodation flat consists of two floors and the accompanying external shed. The area for use is approx. 898 m2 and the gross area is approx. 964 m2.
