Ireland – Computer-related services – Provision of Teams Voice Products, Hardware and Associated Services

Tusla (Child and Family Agency) invites applications for the provision of a Microsoft Teams based telephony service for the organisation. This solution will eventually replace all voice services for the organisation providing inbound and outbound voice services, backup services should Microsoft Cloud Services be offline with optional local breakout to legacy voice connection types. A Managed Service to support the implemented service will also be required as will be the management of the migration from any existing services in place at present. This tender also includes a draw down of resources to help aid Tusla ICT deliver its programme of works in the voice space. Any hardware required for the services would also need to be included.
