OFA IKS needs a digital system that supports the execution and follow-up of public procurements and contracts. The system shall be available for OFA and 26 municipal owners, with the possibility that each municipality joins the contract with a separate technical set-up within 18 months of the contract being signed. We are looking for a modern, intuitive and flexible system with an equivalent flexible and modern supplier. We have expectations that modern market systems can make our procurement processes more efficient and give better and more user orientated data and a response to us.
