Norway – Construction work – Renovation of individual flats for Porsgrunn Housing Foundation

Porsgrunn Housing Foundation (the contracting authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the renovation and upgrading of individual apartments. The contracting authority ́s ambition is to carry out a staged renovation and upgrading of a considerable amount of the housing portfolio over the next few years. The works can include, among other things, new surfaces, replacing kitchens and bathrooms, technical installations, as well as facade measures, roofs, windows and other external building parts.
