Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Soil and ecological Expert support for search area 6/7 in the Dutch Offshore Wind Farm Zone

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is intending to start site characterizing within new areas 6 and 7 for the preparation of offshore wind development. RVO intends to issue an invitation to tender in accordance with the European open procedure around February 2025. The objective of the tender is to contract expert support on soil investigations (Lot 1), and expert support on ecological investigations (Lot 2). Lot 1 includes expert support on Geological desk studies, Geophysical investigations, Geotechnical investigations, Morphodynamical investigations and the resulting Ground Model.
