Norway – Data services – Procurement of operative IT security service (MDR) for Troms County.

To strengthen the ability to detect, notify and handle IT events, Troms County (the Contracting Authority) shall procure a 24 hour (24/7/365) service for proactive security monitoring and support for incident handling IT security events in the Contracting Authority's IT environment. This involves partnering with a service provider who provides managed detection and response (MDR) services for security monitoring, detection and incident management, where the Security Partner can also give the Contracting Authority quick access to top competence for assistance in major security events (IRT teams). Proactive monitoring and handling of vulnerability is expected, and not only reactive handling in the event of major unwanted events.
