Norway – Portfolio management services – Portfolio management for electricity.

Troms County would like to enter into a contract that, in accordance with the current laws and regulations, gives us a cost efficient and rational procurement and management of electricity the Service shall ensure the contracting authority the delivery of electricity, management services, advice and follow-up in the contract period. We would like to enter into an agreement that ensures good portfolio management and a power delivery with reasonable, predictable and stable prices. The portfolio management shall mean that the management of procurements, invoicing and consumption is done in the most rational and cost efficient way, at the same time as providing good quality.
