Norway – Refuse and waste related services – Collection of industrial waste

Hå municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to submit tenders for the collection, transportation and treatment of municipal trade waste for the contracting authority, as well as the hire of displayed containers. The contracting authority intends to enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year. The contract is divided into 2 sub-contracts (Collection of business waste and the collection of business waste by buried containers). Tenders can be submitted for both lots or only one. If one of the zones does not receive a tender, the Contracting Authority will be able to engage in a dialogue with the winner of the other contract. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who shall cover the contracting authority ́s needs in an appropriate way in the contract period.
