Norway – Environmental services – Emission calculations for the road traffic sector in climate gas accounts for municipalities.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the Norwegian Environment Agency's need for assistance with preparing municipal and road-linked information on historical emissions from road traffic, as well as other additional information that is useful for understanding connections and developments. The figures shall be used in the climate gas accounts for municipalities and in the National Emission System and database for local pollution. The latter is a part of the service Luftkvalitet in Norway - Tools and data. The assignment can preferably use new methods, technology and data basis. We encourage professional environments and actors to cooperate on the assignment.
