Norway – Hospital facilities construction work – Procurement of a Turnkey contract with interaction for the project New Somatikkbygg (KSB) on behalf of Akershus University Hospital.

The project KSB - New Somatikkbygg is an important project in the development of Ahus, where the aim of the project is to deliver a future orientated and modern building that facilitates good treatment for the population of the region. A concept phase has been carried out that has formed the basis for financing the project and that provides the preliminary project with important framework conditions. For the further development of the project, we would now like to join up with a proficient turnkey contractor who, together with the builder and the consultant group, can plan and realise the best solutions for the project ́s unique needs. This is a competition aimed at the interaction competence of the contractor, where the specific experience and competence of the offered resources will be the focus. The assignment consists of planning and realising construction work for the project by implementing the collaboration phase1 with a preliminary project and thereby carrying out detailed engineering design services and construction, interaction phase 2/the execution phase. The parties shall enter into a turnkey contract based on NS 8407 with an interaction phase. See the attached tender documentation.
