Wexford including Renovation and Alterations to the existing Market House building (including elements of the existing fabric), a connection through the building at ground floor level to access the lands to the rear with Restoration of the multi- functional Community Room at first floor level. New Building with link to Market House to make the first floors (existing and new) Accessible for All along with new accommodation comprising a second multi-functional Community Room, Cafe/Retail Space and all service accommodation. Public realm improvement works to enhance the access and usability of the vacant yard to the rear of the Market House and to provide connectivity to Main Street and Market Square Combined floor area of new structures is 390m2
