Norway – Fire and explosion protection and control consultancy services – Framework agreement for e-training in fire protection.

The contracting authority would like to procure an e-training system for preventive fire protection that includes both knowledge of general fire protection and fire routines connected to each individual institution. The latter requires adaptations of the system so that employees at each institution can receive concrete training in fire protection suitable for their own place of work. The contracting authority shall enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with one tenderer. The delivery shall include implementation, licences, training, hosting of a server, as well as everything else connected to the operation of the service.
