The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency plans to hold a competition for the Establishment of Quarters Evenes - Turnkey Contract B5, B6 (option) and B7. As a part of the preparations, parts of the tender documentation will be published for orientation. The documents are not complete, but are now being published in order to give potential suppliers the opportunity to familiarise themselves with provisional material and possibly provide input. Please note that: Published documents are not final and there will be changes and supplements before the actual competition is published. The final notice with the complete tender documentation will be published on Doffin/TED. The date of final notice is currently not clarified." Tenderers are free to provide feedback or comments on the provisional documents. Such input can be sent in writing via the communication tab in Mercell - by 12 September, 16.00.The contracting authority will assess the received input, but is not obliged to take these into the final tender documentation.
