Switzerland – Microscopes – Intravital Microscopy (IVM) System

A comprehensive multi- and single-photon microscopy system, spe-cifically designed for intravital microscopy, shall be provided. The system must include all necessary software and hardware required for the acquisition and visualization of data. The microscope setup must be inverted, allowing samples to be observed from below. The system shall allow resonant scanning multiphoton (MP) and confo-cal single photon (SP) microscopy with a high level of integration of MP and SP. Further details see specification.
