Norway – Sludge removal services – Emptying and transport of sludge from small sewage installations.

The competition is for the emptying and transport of septic sludge from small sewage facilities (< 50 pe) in Drammen, Hole, Holmestrand, Krødsherad, Lier, Modum and Øvre Eiker municipalities. The installations consist of interceptors for sludge, blocked tanks, mini-treatment facilities, outdoor toilets etc. Interceptors for sludge connected to the municipal sewage network are not included in the competition. For tanks that do not have water associated with it (utedo, incineration toilets etc.) the emptying scheme is voluntary. It is not possible to propose systems where there is a dewatering of the on-site septic. The procurement ́s value is above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
