Ireland – Boardwalk construction work – Dublin City Council Contract for Liffey Boardwalk Maintenance

General Maintenance works to the Liffey Boardwalk for a one year period. There will be an option to renew this contract for three periods of one year to cover 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively. Prices will be fixed for the first year of this contract and will be adjusted thereafter in accordance with the Wholesale Price Indices (WPI) for Building and Construction Materials by the CSO (baseline date is the latest date for submittal of this tender.
