The subject of the RFI is the provision of comprehensive HR consulting services aimed at supporting the Contracting Authority in making optimal staffing decisions tailored to the needs of ongoing recruitment projects, including those within the nuclear sector. The services will include, in particular, the identification and recommendation of highly qualified specialists and management personnel, together with an assessment of their competencies and experience in relation to current labor market conditions.
