Luxembourg – Civil engineering consultancy services – Technical Assistance for the Pristina Youth and Sport Palace renovation

The overall objective of the project, of which this TA contract will be a part, is to preserve Prishtina’s “Palace of Youth and Sports” as a multi-functional sports, culture and youth facility of national significance and to make it ready to serve as a competition and training venue for the “XXI Mediterranean Games- Prishtina 2030”, which the Republic of Kosovo* will host. The Service Provider will undertake a complete survey of the Palace of Youth and Sports. Secondly, considering the results of the Documentation of the existing condition and Condition assessments survey, the Service Provider will prepare a Concept design and a project investment plan identifying the next steps to implementation. Finally, the Service Provider will carry out a preliminary financial analysis and risk assessment of the Project.
