The Norwegian Health Network SF and the Health Management Agency (the Customer) need to enter into parallel framework agreements for administrative consultancy services. The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for administrative consultancy services where the contracts shall ensure that NHN and health management have continuous access to capacity and competence for strategy and performance management, financial management and organisation development etc.
