FREVAR KF shall establish a landfill site for easily polluted matter in Kiæråsen running 206, bnr. 330 and 331.The area is a previous quarry for granite, and Fredrikstad municipality has disposed the area until today. There is no zoning plan, the area is in the current municipality plan regulated for buildings and sites. There is an option agreement between Isegran Eiendom AS and FREVAR KF for use of the area. The capacity shall mainly be used for mud masses from dredging at Borg Port and it is expected to be completed in 2028.
