Lithuania – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Gender-Based Violence Data: Collection, Updates & Policy Alignment

The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract(s) with professional service provider(s) capable of providing services related to the production, collection and analysis of data and statistics on gender-based violence in the context of EU-level policies. Following EIGE’s long-term priority to address gender-based violence against women and girls, collect data to inform data-driven decision-making and the approval of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on combating violence against women and domestic violence in May 2024 (Directive (EU) 2024/1385), EIGE was mandated with specific tasks related to data collection in line with the requirements of the Directive outlined in Art. 44.
