Ireland – Health and social work services – Provision of a HIQA-Registered Post-Acute Stepdown Facility for up to 100 Patients to Support Patient Flow and Discharge at St. Vincent’s University Hospital

The Contracting Authority has a requirement for a third-party provider to deliver step-down bed capacity to support patient egress and alleviate pressure on acute beds. The facility should be large enough to accommodate up to 100 SVUH patients who have completed their episode of care, but may require ongoing support e.g. convalesce, rehabilitation or long-term care placements.
