Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the supply of Licencing, Support, Development and Training Services for the Bentley MicroStation-based CAD system in use by Dublin City Council. The period of the framework agreement will be for 4 years. Any contracts drawn down from the framework may last beyond the lifetime of the framework itself. .
