Ireland – Marketing services – The Provision of Marketing Services including Multimedia Strategy, Website Design and Development, Graphic Design Services, Planning and Buying Services, Event Management and Public Relations to CETB

Cork ETB proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of Marketing Services, including Multimedia Strategy, Website Design and Development, Graphic Design Services, Planning and Buying Services, Event Management and Public relations. The successful tenderer will be required to work collaboratively with Cork ETB's Communications Officer, under the direction of the Corporate Services communications team and other relevant stakeholders to provide support and expert advice. Tenderers responding to this RFT must demonstrate how their proposed team, as a whole, has the relevant skills, expertise, experience, capacity and personnel as well as immediate access to all necessary resources (whether in-house or via sub-contractors) to meet the needs and requirements of Cork ETB, having regard to the nature and scope of the services required.
