The deadline for submitting feedback is 10.09.2025.Kristiansund municipality invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the award of to an actor who shall rent and run cinemas and kiosks in the same building. The municipality would like to enter into an agreement with an actor who can: • Operate and develop the cinema with a broad programme offer suitable for different target groups. The contracting authority would like a tenderer who works continuously with product and content development.• Integrate cinema operations and conference operation in a way that ensures efficient use of the premises.• Contribute to include all. The cinema shall be available for everyone regardless of age, background, functional ability and socio-economic background.• Offer modern, technical solutions for both film screenings and conferences.• The volunteers can be combined with the commercial• Create a living cinema through cooperation with the municipality and local actors.
