The subject of this tender is the design and build renovations of the existing Block 6 building at Mount Carmel Hospital, including demolishing of existing building, retention and restoration of existing façade, and all other works and provision of related services. The General Conditions regulating this contract shall be FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build, FIDIC Yellow Book 2017.
