Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for a possible procurement of a new Biobank Information Management System (BIMS) for research samples in Helse Midt-Norway (HMN). The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out as the contracting authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers are invited to provide input for the procurement.
