Norway – Community health services – Framework agreement for the procurement of nursing home places in Lillestrøm municipality.

Lillestrøm municipality needs to procure individual places at institutions in periods where the capacity under their own management or within any inter-municipal cooperation is not sufficient. The need primarily applies to somatic patients with a need for 24 hour care, care and supervision. Mostly long term places will be requested, but short term places must also be offered. Patients may have cognitive decline and/or dementia diagnosis.
