Norway – Printed matter and related products – Framework agreement for the production, distribution and distribution of vehicle registrations.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, c/o offices Vehicle Registration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for the production, distribution and dispatch of vehicle registrations. The vehicle registration certificate is an official document confirming that a vehicle is registered in the Vehicle Register in Norway. Vehicle registration includes information on the vehicle and who owns it. It consists of two parts, one technical part and one owner part. The aim of the procurement is to have an agreement with one tenderer for the production of vehicle registration in a security printing office and the distribution of them.
