Norway – Advisory architectural services – Preliminary project - Sammfungshuset 2025

The current community centre with, among other things, changing rooms, gym hall, pool and kitchen, is bad/elderly. The project Renovation of Samfunnshuset, Gjemnes municipality comprises a complete preliminary project with budget estimates. There is also a municipal swimming pool in the community centre. The municipal swimming pool is included in the project. As a part of the project, the draft project/preliminary project shall be prepared with a budget estimate for the new pool. The municipality therefore plans to: - (1) renovate the current building - (2) altered dagnes swimming pool to the gym hall - (3) the preliminary project for the new swimming pool. Gjemnes municipality needs to procure services for preparing preliminary projects for this project, as well as calculations in accordance with the above mentioned decisions. NS 3453. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for professional assistance in preparing the mentioned preliminary project. The preliminary project shall form the basis for political priorities and initiatives in the coming years. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.
