Ireland – Computer support services – Psychometric Testing Services for the Irish Defence Forces

The purpose of this RFT is to select one or two SaaS/subscription services to provide psychometric testing and to configure, implement and support the chosen platform(s) for the Irish Defence Forces. The tender is being split into two Lots based on the differing requirements of the tests and the support required: • Volumes, • Range of Tests required, • Level of customisation/configuration, • Access to psychometric testing specialists, • Level of automation and integration, • Integration with other systems (ATS/HRIS), • Analytics/BI needs, • Support Service for candidates and the Contracting Authority, • Pricing.
