Norway – Relocation services – Invitation to dialogue - relocation services

Bærum municipality plans to hold a competition for the procurement of moving services on behalf of Drammen and Bærum municipalities. We hereby invite tenderers to a dialogue with the market in order to get input for the design of the competition that shall be carried out. The moving assignments will be of different types, e.g.: office moving sickness homes and other institutions schools and nursery schools, art centres, sculptures, installations The assignments will vary in size and extent. The assignments will i.a. be able to include: project management and planning of logistics packing goods handling and marking goods transport for goods storage of goods removal after moving, including source sorting other services in connection with transport or storage of goods Attached to the notice, we have attached a draft to the requirement specifications and a draft for the price form. These are for information. We have also attached an Excel document with questions. The completed reply form is to be delivered in Mercell by 15.09.2025.
