The city council in Fredrikstad municipality has undertaken the project Borge Welfare Centre. The project aims to renovate and rebuild a previous institution building at Borge in Fredrikstad. As a part of the preliminary project, the municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue with the aim of mapping the possibilities for a public-private cooperation (OPS). Important dates for the market dialogue: Registration deadline for the information meeting: Friday 6 September. Information meeting held on Teams: Tuesday 10 September, 10:00.
