The Microbiological Department at The Hospital in Vestfold shall procure a new NGS system for molecular pathological analyses. Molecular diagnostics are an important part of the current and future patient reviews and treatment choices. To ensure precise diagnostics, access to targeted treatment and compliance with regulatory requirements, a modern next generation sequencing (NGS) system with a very high degree of automation and flexibility is required.
